Elakkizhi
Here pouches of fresh medicinal leaves roasted in medicinal oils and packed into bags are applied over the body. This therapy is very good for relieving pain and arthritic conditions.
Podikkizhi
In place of leaves here medicated powders are used.
Njavarakkizhi
Here special rice called Njavara cooked in herbal decoctions and milk are packed in bags and the treatment is done with this. This treatment is used for rejuvenation as well as therapeutic purpose. Strengthening of body muscles, improved blood circulation and digestive power are the benefits of this therapy. Improvement of complexion, softening of Skin, enhanced physical consistency are the other benefits of this therapy.
